There is known issue with the live download in Checkmate 5.0.
Symptoms:
1) Checkmate status displayed connected
2) Checkmate service is running but data is not being transmitted
3) Once Checkmate service is restarted, data is transferred
This has been resolved in the latest version of checkmate 5.1 available at
http://checkmate.geotab.com
