According to the "Geotab Firmware Upgrade Documentation" PDF, it states the product ID's start with a number no lower than 3. I have quite a few vehicles listed with a GO2 Product ID of 3. However, I am showing Product ID's of "1" on the rest of our vehicles and do not show any possible firmware updates for these vehicles. Is this a glitch on the software where it should be "3," or was there a Product ID of "1" at some other time? Here is the list of those Firmware Versions being listed;

Units with firmware version 1.X.X can be upgraded to 3.X.X. Use the Firmware Upgrade documentation for information on creating a firmware key with the latest firmware 3.2.1. The firmware key will need to be inserted into the data key reader in each vehicle. Once the firmware has been updated, the unit will report to checkmate with its current firmware version. At the end of this procedure, each unit that was updated should read 3.2.1 in the Device Details report.
