After a fresh Checkmate 5.3.0 install, Checkmate will not install the Key/RF USB downloaders unless the user needs them. To trigger driver install, follow the steps below:

- Plug in your Key/RF USB downloader

- Under Setup -> Options -> Services, make sure the box “Enable Checkmate Server on this PC” is checked.

- Under Setup -> Options -> Services -> Advanced, make sure the box “Go Radio or Key through USB Downloader” is checked.

- Go to "Tools -> Key -> Read Key Info"

- Unplug your Key/RF USB downloader and plug it back in

- If you can see your downloader as "connected" under "Service Statuses", then your drivers have been installed successfully.
