Hello,
1. As a first step, please ensure that you're running the latest version of Checkmate 5.3.1. Available on the
Checkmate Downloads Page 2.Open Control Panel --> Add/Remove programs and uninstall any old drivers. There may be an entry called "Geoport USB Drivers"
3. Re-install the Checkmate Service by un-ticking the "Enable Checkmate Server" in Administration-->Options-->Services Tab
4. Please follow the steps below to trigger the driver installation.
a) In Checkmate 5.3.1, Click Vehicles & Devices
b) Click Troubleshooting & Accident
c) Read Key Info
