Hello

Sometimes, when a vehicle stops in a zone, it is not marked in green on reports. When we double click on that particular line, the vehicle is in the zone. However the triangle is not marked idling, or stopped, but running, though the vehicle is stopped.

what is your checkmate version and build?
The first step would be to upgrade your Checkmate to the latest build, it can be found by going to: http://update.geotab.com/latestbuild/ and then recalculate the data and see if the issue still occurs.

Also, does this happen with any vehicle in any zone? or is it a specific zone/vehicle? How often does this happen?

Using latest build.

I however noticed that it came green after the next trip. As mentioned earlier, it showed up driving in the zone. May be the vehicle stopped without idling in the zone.

If you run an activity and trips report do you see the stop log where it is expected? If so, then there is no issue; you simply had not received the Begin Stop log at that point in time.
