In order for Geotab to accommodate the gradual move to offering web based functionality, we are transitioning to a web only login. Web based functionality will allow customers to start using basic functionality on the web with any browser or platform (including Linux and Mac OS).
In Checkmate versions 5.3.1 and older, Checkmate was available for download as an MSI download, in addition to a ClickOnce download from the web. Checkmate version 5.5 is estimated for release in Summer 2010. In Checkmate version 5.5 and above, the MSI version will no longer be distributed. Customers can manage checkmate versions in a local environment by configuring Checkmate Web Server on a local server. All customers must use Checkmate ClickOnce version as a mechanism to run the software (
