Afternoon,
Today and on one other day the map view changed from full size to a narrow view with black bands top and bottom.It,s kinda like a movie going from full screen to 16 x 9,with the top and bottom blacked out and it prints short like this.
Any idea,s ? |

Build is 5.3.1.10905 maps are Microsoft Map Point.
Sorry to take so long to get back but we thought our supplier had a fix.He was thinking screen resolution,am using 1024 x 768 change it then change it back.Problem is back and that fix does not repair it.

Does the issue occur when you use another Map type? I'm wondering if maybe it is an issue with MapPoint. I haven't seen this come up with other customers running the software.
