I just upgraded one of my Citrix servers to IE7 and the latest Java and Windows 2003 updates, and now when I try and run the Geotab app I get:

Please advise. Works fine on a non-Citrix 2003 server with IE7.

It appears that the user is trying to run from a "*.appref-ms" file from the start menu. This is not the intended setup.

Also, Please consider upgrading to the a newer version Checkmate 5.3.1 available at http://checkmate.geotab.com. Checkmate 5.3 is no longer supported in terms of bug fixes.
