Running Checkmate V5.3.1. I see the following after executing a Administration->Server Status:

? Data Processor Missing 2010-0218T15:29:29

What does this mean?

Please verify that the "Enable Checkmate Server" checkbox is checked in Administration-->Options-->Services Tab

It is Checkmate server is "Enabled". All other services seems to be working property with
the exception being: ? Data Processor Missing


Please advise.

The issue was that when going under Administration->Options the user(logged in as an administrator) could not see all the options.
The cause: The user had another Checkmate exe that had Web Server Enabled. Opened up that exe and disabled Web Server. After that, launching a Checkmate from the website and logging in with the users administrative account gave him all the expected options under Administration->Options. Now we enabled all the appropriate services and this solved the issue.
