Hi Francois, It is most likely that the Checkmate service is not running, or the service is pointing to the incorrect database. To check if this is the case try the following: 1. Open Checkmate and click Administration -> Options and click the Services tab 2. 'Enable Checkmate Server on this PC' must be selected. If you receive a notification that the service is connected to a different database, click the button labeled 'Connect Server to my.geotab.com/DATABASENAME
