I would like to make a driver exception that will highlight if a vehicle stops in a specific zone and shuts down ignition. Is that possible. I can only seem to capture a vehicle at idle at this point. When the vehicle shuts off it does not give the exception alert.

It is possible to do this. If you go into Rules --> Add an Exception Rule --> in 'Step 3' select either "A Specific Zone" or "A group of Zones" (whatever you want to apply the exception to) and then select 'No Stopping Inside the Zone' for when the condition is broken.
