Map Activity is very accurate to a timesheet, but the printout format goes from First Stop to 10th site visited. Is there some disagnostic information I'm missing preventing the printout of the sites?

Hi tanya,
Could you explain a little better.
What checkmate version are you using?
When you state that the printout goes from first stop to 10th are you referring to the addresses not showing? or are stops 2 - 9 not there?
What is the process that you do to print out the activity and trips report?

I am using Version 5.3.1. Stops 2-9 are not on the printout, but if I go to Map Activity, I can follow the route of the truck and it matches the timesheet exactly. My process of printing out an Activity & Trips report is: Drivers & Activity; Activity & Trips: Custom Date; Device; Select Truck #; Apply.

The Activity and Trips report will only show the last stop in a trip, a trip is considered to be finished when a vehicle has turned off ignition or has idled for 200 seconds. If these "stops" do not meet the two conditions mentioned then you will not see them in that report.
A solution is for you to create zones for each of the scheduled stops, assign them to a specific zone type and then create a rule where the vehicles are not allowed inside the zone. Then when you run an exceptions report for that rule you will get a list of all the times the vehicles were in those zones.
