When setting up a maintanence plan in Checkmate 5.3.1, you have the option to backup your database at a regular interval onto a SQL Server database located on another machine.
For this to work, the .mdf and .ldf files of the backup database must be located in the following directory (you can manually create the directory on the backup server if it does not already exist)
Windows Server 2008 / Vista / 7:
C:\ProgramData\GEOTAB\Checkmate
Windows Server 2003 / XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GEOTAB\Checkmate |
