using more then one database on checkmate webserver

How can I configure checkmate to be the webserver for more then one company database. I have two companies set up on a webserver but only one gets processed at a time, and I have to manually go in and change the database on the server. Ther must be a way to process more then one database.

Please follow the steps in the checkmate 5.3.1 hosted solution setup guide. This should assist you in setting up a webserver with multiple databases.
