If a test key is assigned to an individual (not sure how that even happened), but doesn't show up in the "Drivers" report to delete (the key is active, though), is it possibe to remove that driver and reassign the key as an identification key for another driver? So, basically, can I find the driver somewhere else in Checkmate? |

IF the test key is assigned to a driver then it will show under drivers, it will probably show with a number as the driver name. You can verify this by reading the key info. To delete it, you just need to go to the driver list and filter out for that driver name. If you cannot see it then it could be an access issue, does your Checkmate user have administrative access throughout the entire organization? |

Access is administrative and to the entire organization. I tried to filter by name and key number both, with the inactive boxes selected and neither returned any results. I sorted all the drivers by key type and the only key type listed in the "Drivers" section is an ID key. Is there somewhere else a test key "driver" may be stored? |

If you cannot see the key number listed at all then it could be a case that it was removed from Checkmate but it is still stored in the database, this is very rare but possible. Is your database hosted by us via MyGeotab? If it is then provide your database name and we can review it, if you host your own database then it will require a GoToMeeting/conference call between your Dealer, a member of Geotab support and yourself. |
