I've just returned from vacation and have no truck data. All systems check out OK. Any idea who to contact at Geotab for support? Any ideas?

The first line of support is always your reseller so I would suggest to contact them.
If the device that is in your truck is Live then we can do some quick troubleshooting, what is the serial number on the unit and what is your database name on MyGeotab..
