The average speed column in the Risk Management report is calculated by dividing the total driving distance by total driving time for that period.
For example, a Risk Management report run for the previous week will produce (among other things) the average speed for the previous week found by dividing the total distance driven in that week by the total driving time for that week for each respective vehicle.
