hello

any driver for usb key downloader?? coz its not working on my laptop,checkmate just keep on searching the device..thanks in advance

Hi,

In order to download the usb key downloader drivers you must go to: Vehicles & Devices->Troubleshooting & Accidents -> Read Key Info. Once in that screen simply click on OK.
This will download the drivers to your Checkmate folder.
Afterwards, simply unplug and replug the downloader and Windows should install the drivers.

I followed your instructions but still did'nt work, once i pressed ok button nothing is happen as well as unplug and replug the downloader.

After going to read key info you should at the very least have the Drivers folder inside your default Checkmate folder. This Checkmate folder is either C:\Program Data\Geotab\Checkmate (windows vista, 2008 and 7) or C:\Documents and Settings\all users\application data\geotab\checkmate (windows xp).

If you have that folder created then you can go to windows device manager, find the usb downloader entry, right click on it and install the drivers.
