Can I get a report that shows fuel tank capacity? I want to be able to analyze when the vehicles are being filled up and check that against my fuel logs.

Your best bet to capturing when a driver filled up his tank is by using the Fuel Level/Fuel Level Input data log that we obtain from most North American OBD vehicles.
If your vehicle provides that then you can use the Engine Status Detail Report to extract that information in Excel.
There are a couple ways you can do it:
1. Take the difference between each Fuel Level entry and whenever you see an increase above a certain threshold (5% for example) then you can say there was a fuel up.
2. You can flag every time you see Fuel Level above 96% if the drivers will fill the tank at each fuel up.
