Hello James, 1. Please verify that the GPS antenna mounted on an angled windshield (not vertical windshield) 2. Is the portion of windshield where the GPS antenna is installed tinted? Metallic-tinted windows will affect the GPS 3. Please confirm no metal obstructions. GPS always has clear view of the sky More detail is available on page 5 of the GO4 installation Guide on the Geotab Hardware Documentation Page If the above have been confirmed, please visit the contacts page on www.geotab.com and submit your contact details. Please include the company which the system was purchased from so that we can include your dealer in the troubleshooting process. |

| I think we have a driver that is using a signal jammer. The system tracks him fine up until lunch time and then he disapears and he doesnt return until its time to head back in. He's missing for about 2-3 hours a day. It will track him on the map heading north at 10:30 am and he will then disapear and show up about 10 miles south of his last arrow at 2:00 pm. Does anyone know anything about this. |
