In checkmate 5.0. Using an RF or key download, Please look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GEOTAB\Data Manager.
Take note of the text file that are listed in this folder. If there is a text files listed there that is failing to be processed. Please send the text file to geosupport@geotab.com. You can ignore the datamanager text file.
Once the text file is properly processed, it will automatically be removed
