CDMA Modem LED Video Example: Use this video to troubleshoot the modem on a GO Live CDMA. The modem lights should flash as indicated in the video. Ensure that the power light is ON and the LS light is flashing.
L-Bracket LED Video Example: Use these videos to troubleshoot the correctness of your Geotab GO installation. The LED light will flash once per second when the ignition is off, twice every five seconds when it is attempting to acquire GPS lock, and once every five seconds after the lock is acquired. If your LED does not flash as shown in the video, check that the unit is wired correctly as described in the manual
