Garmin Fleet Tracking Hardware Integration
Geotab's GO4V3 hardware device supports Garmin integration for added efficiencies in dispatch and field communications. Fleet managers and dispatchers can communicate and interact with drivers by sending messages to and from the Garmin device. Drivers can reply using a variety of messaging options, and all messages sent and received are date-time stamped and recorded in MyGeotab™ and/or Checkmate™, creating a permanent log of all messages. This allows fleets to utilize one data plan per vehicle, which helps reduce administration and recurring costs.
