What are the details of this position:

As a Fulfillment Process Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be to assist the Fulfillment and Warehouse Manager in ensuring our global team is notified and demonstrates an understanding of the new process before signing off on the new process. You will also work closely with all stakeholders to develop continuous improvement programs and processes as applicable to lean business. This position will work closely with managers and team leads at all global Fulfillment departments to ensure all processes are documented and new processes are distributed quickly and efficiently. Any pertinent information that will affect other teams, outside Fulfillment, will also need to be included in our internal “What’s New” document.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts. In addition, the successful candidate will have great attention to detail and possess an ability to develop effective solutions, and manage tasks efficiently and on time. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.


Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

  • Supports client, carrier, and sales team by assisting in the daily fulfillment process, including order assignment, completing the receiving process by tracking all incoming shipments, management of fulfillment materials, following daily shipping procedures per shipper and customer, assisting with daily fulfillment questions, and also supporting carrier demo and product trial programs.
  • Coordinates with all departments in the product testing, reprovisioning, and inventory control of the return/exchange process for Geotab devices and accessories, including communication to the internal team during the process and replacement of faulty products.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Completes ongoing training to stay current on existing and new systems and products, staying current on fulfillment processes, develop new skills, and to maintain proficiency on company values and organizational requirements.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety, shipping mandates, compliance with outgoing carrier shipments, fleet management industry, and overall usage of telematics within that vertical market.
  • Documents all interactions and inventory movement in Salesforce, MyAdmin, AX, GMS, and all appropriate inventory management systems. including problem, resolution, and relevant customer information in standard case notation.
  • Assists with the picking, packing, and shipping of orders assigned to the Las Vegas warehouse as well as the processing of RMA’s.
  • Create and add on Geotab devices to customer’s databases at time of shipping.
  • Actively participate in team cohesion and understanding of department processes.
  • Collect feedback on processes and work with management to develop, refine, and improve processes.
  • Maintain continuous learning and improvement to become subject matter expert on our internal systems.
  • Coordinate with the Learning Center team to create videos and supplemental instruction on current and new global Fulfillment processes. Ensuring employees understand, implement, and sign off on new processes as updated in the wiki and in instruction documentation.
  • Semi-annual audits to ensure that all learning documentation is relevant.
  • Responsible to understand and compile Updating wiki that will be utilized Globally for Fulfillment.
  • Help develop and implement Enterprise and warehouse operating systems.
  • Maintain global process records and filing system for access and compliance of all employees.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Update the Internal “What’s New” document monthly.
  • Prepare one blog post.
  • Ensure effective utilization of the LinkedIn Learning License for MS Excel (2018).


  • Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Experience in MS Excel
  • Basic troubleshooting on shipping and internal systems
  • Understanding of billing and RMA processes
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the team on new processes
  • Strong time management skills in order to document processes in a timely manner
  • Passport/Global Entry required (company sponsored)
