What are the details of this position:

As an ELD Support Specialist, you will be providing the most current exciting and informative materials to Geotab Authorized Resellers and customers. You will be a passionate and driven individual, who will provide highly organized documentation and additional product content to support these initiatives. In this role, you will work within multiple teams, including Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Engineering Services teams, to be a crucial part of supporting Geotab’s new Hours of Service Products. As an active team member, you will be creating and improving HOS processes and updating materials as new product builds are released (this will include assisting with generating multilingual content). In order to be successful in this position, you will require a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple demands, and a focus on creating professional and accurate technical documentation.   



Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

  • Work on wireframing feature requests
  • Accurately record notes during weekly ELD meetings; ensure actionable items are followed up on
  • Write and oversee blog posts and presentations for “What’s New” for Geotab Drive
  • Update internal “What’s New”, and communicate updates to the team
  • Push updates to sales.geotab.com for what’s new releases, documentation etc. 
  • Work with learning center on regular updates to ELD Videos, that are aligned with releases
  • Monitor and respond to Google Play Store and Apple App Store reviews on a weekly basis
  • Help ELD Support Subject Matter Expert organize and ensure all critical support tickets are addressed in development meetings
  • Maintain updated listings and screenshots of new features on Google Play Store and Apple App store
  • Assist partners in gathering technical documents required for ELD certification
  • Update Geotab Drive “What’s New” GIFs when app is updated
  • Build in app walkthrough of “What’s New” with development


  • Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with some relevant design experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical role
  • UX/UI experience is preferred
  • Strong aptitude in understanding technical and business requirements
  • Exemplary organization and prioritization skills  
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and task oriented
