What are the details of this position:
Geotab is seeking an experienced, innovative Human Resources professional to lead the Talent Acquisition function of our fast growing, dynamic organization. Reporting to the AVP, Human Resources the ideal incumbent in this role has a background in Human Resources and has solid experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and is able to utilize data analytics to identify trends and gaps in our recruiting process. We are looking for someone who is proactive, innovative and committed to hiring the best talent! You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success within our company.
