Geotab is seeking Partner Success Manager who should be able to quickly contribute to growing the network of Geotab Marketplace Partners. What are the details of this position:

As a Partner Success Manager your key area of responsibility will be to promote the resellers and be the subject matter experts on getting the best solutions for the Marketplace partners’ needs. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in business development, account management, be a self-starter, organized with strong solution sales experience. In addition the successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage and captivate an audience.

The Geotab Marketplace is a complement to the MyGeotab platform that provides customers with an extensive ecosystem of valuable business-focused solutions. Customers of all sizes in different industries can draw value from an improved level of operational customization and have the ability to significantly extend the use-case of their fleet management and telematics services, further broadening the benefits of MyGeotab. The Geotab Marketplace provides smart, cost-effective ways for fleets to increase productivity and safety, boost their fleet optimization and stay compliant with evolving fleet management and driver safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Works with Marketing team to help define strategies for co-marketing and co-selling with the partner that highlight our combined strengths.
  • Evaluate and grade each Marketplace Partner to determine level of participation in terms of calls, and projected number of sales.
  • Ensure partner awareness through the Geotab channel and “success” as a partner - success being defined as providing leads to Geotab resellers and/or satisfying solutions for Geotab customers.
  • Working with Marketing and Sales, review / define verticals where Geotab intends to focus on and proactively reach out to prospective partners.
  • Ensure all partners have equal opportunity for success.
  • Contribute to the Geotab staff blog on an annual basis.
  • Work with Partner Account Managers to ensure marketplace is promoted correctly and ensure that we make partners successful.
  • Work with BDM to ensure the understanding/knowledge of each marketplace partners.


  • Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Travel - 25 to 30%
  • 3+ years experience in Solution Sales
  • Technically competent software programs, including but not limited to Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Smartsheet.
  • Skilled at communicating with external clients in both technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Ability to easily grasp business model concepts
  • Experience working in a software company environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate and understand clients' business needs
