In collaboration with Mobility Connect, The Fleet Europe Summit involves a test drive day dedicated to alternative powertrains, including hybrid and fully-electric vehicles available on the market today.
On 6 November, Geotab will showcase it’s EV capabilities with a test drive, and the opportunity to view real-time data in action. This will include:
+ The EV Energy Usage Report: provides insights into battery usage, whether vehicle range is maximised, and which hybrids are running solely on conventional fuels.
+ The EV Charging Report: includes a complete history of EV charging events, where and when the EVs are charging, and the length of time EVs are charging at a specific location.
+ EV Maps functionality: monitor real-time battery state of charge, this not only helps customers to prioritise who needs to charge, but also which vehicles need to be dispatched and when.
+ Custom EV exception rules: allows fleet managers to create custom EV rules. For example, when the battery goes below a current percentage and needs charging or assign ‘no-charge time’ rules to avoid peak time charging.
Location: Estoril Congress Center
Time: 13:00 - 17:30
The EV test drive will be held in the Estoril Congress Center, 2 km away from the Mobility Connect event. A free shuttle service between the two venues will be available for all attendees.
