Here’s a look back at the highlights and the solutions that took centre stage.
A Special Visit from Neil Cawse
We were thrilled to welcome Geotab's Founder & CEO, Neil Cawse, to kick off the summit. Neil set an inspiring tone around our core theme and reflected on the journey that has taken Geotab to 6 million global connections and the #1 commercial telematics ranking for four consecutive years. His message reaffirmed a deep commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and the Southeast Asia partner ecosystem.

Key Solutions Empowering SEA Fleets
A major focus of the day was equipping our partners with the right solutions to address regional fleet challenges. Geotab experts showcased our latest innovations:
Video Telematics
Fernando Ferreira (Associate Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Growth, LATAM) highlighted how video telematics has evolved from a luxury into an absolute necessity. He noted that while traditional telematics explains what, where, and when an event happened, video provides the crucial why and how. Fernando showcased the GO Focus Plus—a newly launched AI-powered dashcam in Southeast Asia—which significantly reduces review times by delivering instant, in-cab alerts for high-risk driving. By prioritising critical events with clear visual context, the system streamlines driver coaching while leveraging on-board analysis for faster, more secure, and continuously improving insights.
Fuel Transaction
Neal Yoon (Team Lead, Solutions Engineering APAC) shared massive platform updates tailored to regional needs. The headline release is the new Fuel Transactions page in MyGeotab, which brings every fuel card transaction into a single, unified view so partners and customers can turn fuel data into real cost control.
Rather than piecing spending together manually, teams get:
- Spend trends: spot fuel purchase patterns across the entire fleet and pinpoint the drivers or vehicles pushing costs up.
- Automated anomaly detection: location, fuel type, and tank-size mismatches are flagged automatically by comparing card data against vehicle GPS and engine telematics — surfacing unauthorised spend before it compounds.
- Spend reconciliation & search: track total spend per transaction in granular detail and filter by group, assignment, or fuel type, cutting accounting time and manual lookups during audits or disputes.
For our partners, it's a fully integrated, no-additional-cost feature that strengthens their market positioning; for customers, it means less manual reconciliation, an end to paying for fuel that isn't theirs, and the real-time visibility needed to drive financial resilience.

Growing Together: The Partner Ecosystem
Throughout the day, attendees engaged in peer collaboration and learned about targeted resources to elevate their businesses.
The afternoon's Partner Roundtable took a deep dive into our partners' most pressing concerns and operational hurdles. Partners gave us raw, real-time market feedback — from commercial challenges to specific areas for improvement in a demanding market.

That conversation flowed straight into an Executive Fireside Chat. Rather than simply listening, our global leadership team addressed the feedback raised in the roundtable head-on, offering a transparent window into Geotab's vision for SEA. The face-to-face dialogue signalled leadership's confidence in the region and a shared commitment to acting on partner feedback and winning the market together.
