The Geotab Innovation Awards is an annual awards programme that honours outstanding fleet teams and individuals who harness the power of data insights to solve challenges, boost efficiency and enhance resilience. For the first time, we are now bringing the awards to Europe!

As Geotab marks its 25th anniversary, the Innovation Awards hold special meaning, highlighting the critical role that fleet and transportation leaders play in keeping roads safe and advancing business innovation.

What are the eligibility criteria?

The Geotab Innovation Awards – Europe are open to both public and private fleets from any region, and of any fleet size, that are current Geotab users. Previous global award winners can be nominated again in new years.

Marketplace & AI

Recognising the fleet leveraging AI or integrated solutions from the Geotab Marketplace to optimise operations and improve outcomes.

Productivity Champion

Awarded for best-in-class use of Geotab data insights to enhance vehicle uptime and streamline fleet operations.

Safety Champion

Recognising the fleet that has demonstrated outstanding safety performance in the past year and a dedication to driver safety and wellness, through improvement in safety or collision metrics, demonstrated through innovative use of technology or the implementation of proactive safety training or education programmes.

Sustainability Champion

Celebrating a fleet that has used Geotab data insights to improve cost and efficiency through initiatives that reduce emissions, improve fuel economy, or integrate electric vehicles.

How to apply for the Geotab Innovation Awards – Europe

Geotab is currently accepting nominations! Nominate a fleet for one category, or more than one!

To apply or submit a nomination for the Geotab Innovation Awards – Europe, complete this short nomination form.

Please prepare the following information before submitting your nomination:

Nominee & Fleet Details, including type and size
Award category
50-word summary statement of the fleet’s key achievement
500-word description of how the fleet has made an impact or performance improvement over the past year, highlighting metrics where possible
