Geotab is proud to announce that Aaron Jarvis, Vice President for EMEA, has once again been recognised in the GreenFleet 100 ranking of the most influential figures in sustainable fleet management, rising four places from 73rd to 69th this year.
Published annually by GreenFleet magazine, the GF100 celebrates the individuals shaping the future of cleaner, more efficient transport across the UK fleet sector. The recognition follows a year of significant growth for Geotab's EMEA team, with Aaron stepping into the role of Vice President, expanding his remit to overseeing enterprise sales and business development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Aaron commented: “The fleet sector has changed enormously in the five years since I joined Geotab - sustainability has gone from a nice-to-have to a commercial imperative. What excites me most is seeing organisations of all sizes use data to make that shift practical, not just aspirational. This recognition reflects the work of the entire team and our partners across EMEA who are making that happen every day.”
Driving measurable outcomes for fleets
Since joining Geotab in 2020, Aaron has played a key role in supporting fleets across the UK and Europe as they navigate the shift toward lower-emission operations. Working with a growing team of specialists across the region, Geotab has helped organisations achieve significant, measurable results - including savings of up to £20,000 per engine through proactive diagnostics for Go-Ahead Group’s 6,000-strong bus fleet, and a 16% improvement in driver safety scores and projected £2.3 million in annual fuel savings for telecoms infrastructure company Circet.
Aaron now leads a significantly larger team of go-to-market leaders across the region, with a focus on ensuring Geotab’s largest commercial and public sector customers are supported by best-in-class local teams and fully localised product capabilities.
A recognised voice in fleet decarbonisation
Beyond his work with partners and customers, Aaron has become a recognised contributor to the wider conversation around sustainable transport, regularly speaking at industry events and forums focused on fleet electrification, data-driven safety and the practical steps organisations can take to reduce emissions without compromising operational performance.
Supporting the transition to smarter and cleaner fleets
Aaron’s continued rise in the GF100 list reflects both the strength of the Geotab EMEA team and Geotab’s wider mission to to help fleets become safer, more efficient and more sustainable. By harnessing the power of connected vehicle data and advanced analytics, Geotab continues to support the fleet industry’s transition toward a smarter and lower-emission future.
