The GO Anywhere Plus is a hybrid device (wired + battery backup) ideal for assets that need real-time engine hour or location updates. The GO Anywhere is battery-only with up to a 10-year lifespan, designed for "set and forget" hourly tracking of non-powered assets like containers.
How do I track small tools that don't have a power source?
You can use our Small Asset Tracking solution. These are small, durable Bluetooth beacons that attach to tools and ladders. They communicate with a gateway device in your fleet to automatically update their location.
Do these devices require professional installation?
It depends on the model. The GO Anywhere and Small Asset Tags are wire-free and can be installed by anyone in minutes using screws or adhesive. The GO Anywhere Plus requires a simple 3-wire connection if you want to track ignition,engine hours, or inferred hubometer readings.
How long do the batteries last on the tracking devices?
Battery life varies by device and usage. The GO Anywhere lasts up to 10 years on a single battery. The GO Anywhere Plus backup battery lasts up to 3-5 years, and the Small Asset Tags last up to 3 years.
Can I get alerts if equipment leaves a job site?
Yes. You can set up "Geofence Alerts" for any asset. If a generator, trailer, or toolbox moves outside of its assigned boundary (geofence), the system instantly notifies you via email or text, helping prevent theft.
