Published on September 10, 2012

The multi-language approach is web based and is unique in that the language selection is determined by the user

September 10, 2012 - North America's largest telematics provider to enterprise level fleets recently added language flexibility options within MyGeotab, its fleet management software. In doing so, over 20,000 registered users who rely on Geotab solutions for their everyday management needs are able to benefit from the additional communication preferences. French, Spanish, and English are considered to be the prevalent languages in North America, and are widely studied and used around the globe.

"The multi-language approach is web based and is unique in that the language selection is determined by the user", explains Colin Sutherland, Vice President of Sales at Geotab. "From one database and cloud hosted solution, some users will be interacting with the solution in English, some in French and others in Spanish. The language selection is made by a simple setting option."

Moreover, Geotab has developed a large reseller network which spans across Canada, the United States, Mexico, South Africa, and even Australia. The new language functionality has opened doors to reaching new markets and potential customers. With a commitment to continuous innovation which aims to satisfy end-user needs, Geotab is on the right track to developing even more user friendly features that customize user experiences.
