Marketplace Spotlight: GoAnalytics Transforms Fleet Data Into Safer Roads and Smarter Decisions
By empowering fleets to easily identify risks and reward safe driving, GoAnalytics redefines what’s possible with connected vehicle data

When I first stepped into the world of fleet management more than a decade ago, one challenge loomed above the rest: data was everywhere, but actionable insights were hard to find. At GoAnalytics, that’s the problem we set out to solve from day one.
As fleets began integrating GPS and video telematics, the amount of data available skyrocketed. But as many of our early customers told us candidly — even if they had access to that data, they often wouldn’t use it. The reasons were clear. Sorting through countless videos and sifting through raw numbers wasn’t practical for busy managers or frontline teams.
That moment was pivotal. It shifted our mission from simply providing access to data to making that data meaningful and intuitive to use. We asked ourselves a fundamental question: How do we make complex fleet data feel effortless and empowering?
Listening first, innovating second
Our original product began with simple dashboards designed to visualize key metrics at a glance. But innovation doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Through constant conversations with customers and partners — including deep collaboration with Geotab — we evolved rapidly. Customer feedback wasn’t just helpful; it became our guiding light.
One of the things I'm most proud of is seeing the real-world impact GoAnalytics is having on our customers. We’ve been working with a fleet that has grown significantly over the past three years—tripling their miles driven and expanding with more vehicles and drivers. What’s really impressive is that, despite that growth, they've committed to building a strong safety culture using GoAnalytics. And the results speak for themselves: they've reduced their collision frequency by 75%. That kind of outcome reinforces why we do what we do. It's not just about data—it's about helping people get home safely.
Bridging the gap: One experience, many technologies
While GoAnalytics is technically an add-on within the Geotab ecosystem, our vision is to close that gap so that users experience it as a natural extension of the platform. This single-pane-of-glass approach is about more than convenience — it’s about removing barriers and giving customers seamless access to best-in-class technology without sacrificing ease of use.
Long-term success, for us, will continue to be built on partnership, innovation and trust. We aren’t interested in being a static product. We are committed to evolving alongside the market and solving tomorrow’s fleet challenges before they become pain points.
Partnering to push the industry forward
After spending 14 years as a Geotab Reseller, I understand the value of partnership. It’s why we believe so strongly in helping other resellers retain and grow their customer bases. GoAnalytics is about elevating the entire ecosystem — empowering fleets, supporting partners and driving innovation that makes our roads safer for everyone.
Our journey is far from over, and neither is our ambition. The future of fleet management isn’t just more data — it’s smarter, more human-centric insights. That’s the road ahead. And at GoAnalytics, we’re proud to help pave it.
