Expanding your Data Insights
Our primary focus is to ensure that we deliver the most valuable insights for your fleet. To achieve this goal, we're seeking your collaboration.
With this release, we've initiated a process to engage with the Geotab Community to improve insights with the Device not communicating feature. When reviewing an offline device, you will have the opportunity to verify the reason for its offline status. Suppose you could confirm that a device was offline due to a loose installation – your input becomes a valuable addition to elevating data precision across MyGeotab.
In the future, this capability will be extended to other data insights, such as Collision Detection.
What else is new from Geotab
Geotab Drive and MyGeotab Mobile Applications no longer supports iOS 11
As of December 31, 2023, both applications will no longer support iOS 11. This means:
- All Apple device users will need to upgrade to iOS 12 or above.
- Once 2024 begins, users on iOS 11 will no longer receive any future updates to the app.
