OAKVILLE, ON — July 13, 2026 - Geotab Inc. (“Geotab”), a global leader in connected operations, video telematics and AI-powered insights, has been named a 2026 EPEAT Purchaser Award winner by the Global Electronics Council® (GEC) — marking the company's second consecutive recognition for excellence in sustainable procurement. The EPEAT Purchaser Awards recognize organizations making a tangible impact through responsible technology procurement.
The Global Electronics Council® (GEC) is a nonprofit organization launched in 2006 with a mission to accelerate the transformation of markets to prioritize the most sustainable electronic technology products and services, driving positive impacts for both people and the planet.

Geotab Reduces Carbon Emissions Through Sustainable Purchases
Last year, EPEAT purchases helped Geotab save 47,000 kilograms of CO2 equivalents (kgCO2e) in GHG emissions and achieved energy savings of more than 208,000 kWh, equal to the average electricity consumption of 16 average U.S. households. EPEAT is a globally trusted ecolabel for electronics and technology products that helps purchasers verify that electronic products have met rigorous environmental and social standards and benchmarks.
