I have a questions as far as the rules go. I have a customer that is set up under a group, but they are an Administrator. They can see rules, but they cannot turn any of them on. They can edit and make custom rules, but not turn on or off the defaulted ones. Since they are not in the Company Group is that why they aren’t able to turn them on or off? I just want to be clear on this so I can let my customer know.
