“What I cover for ABI research, which has been around for nearly 30 years, is our freight transportation and logistics service. It covers all modes of transport, with a focus on over the road, as well as the related fulfillment and logistics portion of the supply chain. I look at all regions and then work with my colleagues across specific technologies that impact the supply chain, anything from blockchain and AI to robotics.”
