We are using the egregious HOS Violations Cost – ELD Report and it includes HOS violations that have been corrected. Is there a way to not include violations that have been corrected and annotated? Example: Driver forget to log off the tablet for the day. The next day it is corrected yet it still shows up on the Egregious report. Possible to exclude these?

If the violation no longer exists due to an edit of the ‘offending’ log (as in, adding the correct off duty status) – it will no longer appear on the report.
Recall that adding logs for drivers won’t take effect until the driver accepts the logs.
If a violation is caused by a log that can’t be edited or changed (as in, a drive log), you can use the ignore feature to indicate to the on-board rule-set that the log should not be used to calculate availability, and if that removes the violation it will also not appear on the report.

If violations are not showing in the UI, but are on the report – please contact your support branch for an investigation.

    2. you can get a report faster than 30 minutes
    3. There no report for Form & manner errors
    4. dash board need to be user friendly.
